By downloading or using Tavi you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Tavi is

Tavi helps you record and get reminders about your pets' care. It is an organisational tool for pet owners.

2. Not veterinary advice

Tavi — including AI insights, the symptom checker and breed/first-aid content — is for informational purposes only and is not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health, and seek emergency care when needed. You rely on any guidance at your own discretion.

3. Your account & data

An account is optional (used for cloud sync). You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you enter. You retain ownership of your data.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Tavi is free to use with core features. Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription.
Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your store account settings.
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, no unlawful use, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Tavi working but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be discontinued.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavi and its makers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app's content, including any AI-generated guidance.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
