Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Tavi account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Tavi and go to Settings.
2. Under Cloud sync, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. This permanently removes your pets, records, photos, documents and profile from our cloud, and clears the local data on that device.

By email

Prefer email? Write to hello@tavi.pet from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify and delete your data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and email/authentication record.
• All pets, health records, reminders, expenses and documents.
• All photos/files you uploaded (from cloud storage).

What may remain briefly

Encrypted backups may persist for a short period before being overwritten on our providers' normal cycles. Purchase records held by Apple/Google are governed by their policies, not ours.

If you only used Tavi offline (no account), uninstalling the app removes all your data from that device.
